Specs: GPU RX 580, CPU Ryzen 5 2600, 16GB DDR4 Corsair RAM, 550W Corsair PSU, 2 HDDs, 1 SSD.

The BIOS firmware is the newest one; I updated it while trying to fix this problem.

When I turn my PC on, it goes to a black screen with a small white dash at the top and freezes. I can't even open the BIOS, and the motherboard logo doesn't appear. But if I unplug the SSD's SATA cable and then turn on my PC, it boots into the BIOS. I tried a new SATA cable, but that didn't work. I also tried moving to a different SATA port on my motherboard, but that didn't work either. I tried unplugging other SATA devices and only leaving the SSD connected, but it still didn't work. Not sure what else to try—any help would be appreciated.
