Budget (including currency): 600-700 USD

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly games (right now that list is Satisfactory, 7 Days to Die, and a bunch of simulators - recently quit Elite Dangerous, but I liked it so maybe that sort of thing also) but it needs to handle light video and audio editing, light photoshop, and 2D AutoCAD.  I would like to get into 3D printing so maybe some light 3D rendering/drafting.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Upgrading from a prebuilt Dell with a 1660 Super, I5 10400 4x8GB DDR4 3200 CL 16 RipJaw Ram and a 512GB NVME SSD by Kioxia (KBG40ZNS512G.

For cost saving I am open to keeping the boot drive SSD, RAM and even the 1660 Super (for the time being).

Id' like to game at 1080 high to ultra.  While I can run an ethernet to my desk I would like to continue running WIFI so either a Motherboard with built in wifi or a good wifi adapter would be ideal.  As for a monitor I have 1920x1080 monitor from ONN, I think its 24".  I would like the option to add a second monitor at some point for the productivity apps and for toolbars, palettes etc for my editing and drafting.  I have no case preference other than something user friendly for a first build, RGB means nothing to me, I don't even care it it has a tempered glass side panel.

Open to AMD for CPU and / or GPU, also open to the B580 but I cant find that in stock.

Reason for upgrading is mostly because the CPU cant seem to keep up with higher quality settings, its regularly maxing out while the GPU isnt struggling, though I am worried the 1660 Super will become the issue with a CPU upgrade.
