So I built this PC back in 2016, and have only upgraded the GPU since then.
The CPU seems to be struggeleing recently so I guess it's time to upgrade.
I was thinking of going with a i9-12900K, but am open to suggestions.
This will obviously mean a new motherboard, but im not sure about RAM, Cooler and PSU upgrade aswell?

Budget: £750 ish....

Country: UK

Used for: CAD (Autodesk/solidworks) and Gaming: Tarkov, KSP, AC Valhalla, RD2 ....

Other details: Curent setup: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/P2bcb2

Also any suggestion on what to do with the old parts?
