>don't buy intel, go amd!
>has a intel cpu AND gpu

For 350, better than a a770? I'd only consider the 7600xt, which i wouldnt even bother with since the increase is rather insignificant.
I'd suggest waiting for the new intel gpus, they seem pretty solid, as long as they don't explode after a month, buy those. Or the 8000 AMD series, whichever cheaper and faster, nobody knows yet.

Oh I don't blame you for the GPU, it's totally great. It's the CPU's that bother me so.
Anyway, unless you plan on selling the 770 and adding it to the 350 dollar budget, just wait for the new GPU releases, buy whichever has best benchmarks for the money.

I'm pretty sure the 770 is faster, or at least they trade blows...

Personally, if I was limited to a 350$ budget, I would look (very hard) for used cards with a few years of warranty left for a performance gain that's worthwhile.

Ryzen 7 5700X3D (CO -30) - AX370-Gaming 5 - 2x16GB @3600C18 - EVGA RTX 3070 8G XC3

[BIOS] BCLK: 162.2 (x27) / Vcore 1.35 / DRAM 3244 (XMP timings) / FCLK 1GHz (1622) / RebarUEFI patched

[Throttlestop] FIVR - Vcore -160 / Vcache -105 / iGPU+unslice -125 (IccMax 255)

iMac 21.5" (late 2011) : i5-2400S - Samsung 4x4GB PC3-1333 - HD 6750M 512MB - cheap Winten SSD (MacOS High Sierra) - 1920x1080@60 LCD
