I use one apple account, there are loads of different syncing options i remember trying some.  It is a horrible application to set up.. It's not too bad the first time but as soon as you have to make alterations with new iPhones it is very unhelpful.

Go into settings on your old phone and set it up to transfer to your new phone. If you are on an ancient iOS, you might not be able to do that. One reason its good to keep updated.

i have transferred all my contents from my old i phone to my new i phone including my music. the problem is iTunes library on my pc is empty when my new i phone is plugged in so I can no longer add music to my new i phone.

You are hooped mate, gotta start fresh.

 

There is alternative software that may let you do it, I have not investigated though..
