so i read the speed of the ram its

30-36-36-76
does that mean its CL 30 or CL36?

also is klevv good enough brand or should i go with gskill but that one has CL36

First number is always Cas Latency. CL30 it is.

RAM brands rarely make much difference.

Other timings. Can't really recall the order of timings, but Corsair website might explain if interested:

Brands means nothing, you should be more concerned by ram die types in case you need overclock headroom
