Gpu upgrade

Hey i live in South Africa im currently running a Ryzen 5 3600, rx580, 16gb 2666mhz ram and a hdd. I have R 7000

and I need to decide i can either buy a Rx 6750 (that will be slightly bottlenecked by the cpu) or if i work my budget correctly i can get a 6650 xt 32 gb 3200mhz ram and a 1 Tb nvme ssd. Benchmark on youtube looks like i can get above 60 fps at 1080p with  the 6650 im just concerned as to how long it will be feasible. Any advice would be mutch appreciated
