Amd ryzen switch cpu

Is there any impactful benefit going on AM4 from ryzen 5 5600 to ryzen 7 5700X3D in games on 4k gaming? 

Amd Ryzen 5 5600 Zen 3 OC 4.6Ghz 

RTX 3070 gaming gigabyte 

32GB patriot 3600 MHz 

Casual gamer since dune 2 and wolf 3d and dukem nukem 3d

Depends on the games you're playing, the GPU you're using, and the settings you're playing at. If all you play is AAA super graphics heavy stuff and only have something like a 3070, then there is likely to be no point. If you play more indie titles like Factorio, then there can be a pretty decent difference depending on the exact game.
