PC can't reach BIOS

When I boot up my pc it will start up and on the motherboard LEDs for trouble shootinging will go through RAM, CPU and VGA then BOOT but will display nothing and the LED won't turn off. If it turn it off again it can happen again but this time stick on VGA. I never make it to BIOS.

- Windows 11 64bit

- Ryzen 7 7800x3d

- Asus Prime x670e-pro

- 32GB corsair vengeance DDR5 6000Mhz

- Zotac 2080 super

- Corsair RM750

-Corsair H100i AIO

- WD Black SN750

Can you get into the BIOS? Have you tried updating to the latest BIOS version?

I am currently using the latest bios available and thought that was the cause so went to two pervious bios and the issue remained
