Dji Mini 4 Pro fix

Hey all, I have a quick question about my DJI Mini 4. Long story short, I was flying the other day and ended up crashing while using an active track. At first glance, the damage was insignificant, but then I noticed the gimbal was not quite sitting right in the gimbal stabilizer. Upon further inspection, I realized one of the little clips on the gimbal that holds it into the rubber bit had broken off. No quite sure how to fix it because no matter what I do the gimbal will not sit quite right in the holder. I've attached some pictures of where I am at right now and I'm not sure how to proceed. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? I have the Dji care so I am not sure whether or not to submit a claim or wait for something worse to happen and get it fixed then.  Any other more practical ideas?
