fixed Keyboard Num Lock Not Working.

I am having problems with my Keyboard, every time I click on the Num key it makes a sound and can't use the keypad.

 

I have gone into my settings and my Sicky Keys and Toggle Keys are off, but I still have the same issue with the num key.

What is the issue exactly? Because what you described sounds like "I pressed the num lock key and now my keypad won't type numbers" which is normal behavior. 

 

Is the issue the keypad doesn't work no matter the NumLock state?

The Num lock light is on, I hear a beep like if the Sicky Keys and Toggle Keys are tuen on, but they are set to off. I can't use the numbers on the keypad.

I mean, have you tried not using that? Kinda says it right there: "Use the numeric keypad to..."

I try that and next could not see my mouse cursor

What mouse are you using? Because that is not expected behaviour.

Do you even use the numpad or other keys to move the mouse?

Fixed, I had to reinstall mouse drivers and did a reboot after I unticked Turn on mouse keys
