Check if it is plugged in in the correct spot.

It should have small print on the wire internally telling you what it is. Use this as a reference;

I really wish that we'd just make organic hardware already, that grows and adapts to the demands it needs to meet. That way, grannies' computers can be floppy sacks of organicness and the 12 year old Minecrafters will look like the guys that only do bicep curls, and the nerdy programmers will finally have justice, with their body-builder rigs that skipped leg day.

Is the connector connected to the power LED header on the motherboard?

Im not sure but one of them works so i thought they would be on the same plug

what motherboard do you have? also this is one of the reasons they include this little thing:

makes it really easy to connect those fiddly little cables

ok but now none leds bright but when i try to connect hdd led like the picture below it works but power led no,thank you.

you should have the HDD light horizontal below the power LED? i don't know what gave you the idea to put it on the JFP2 header? the cables are labeled, so try and connect everything the way the picture says (+ and- in the right spot aswell) then power on the pc, check if the power led is on and copy a large file from your primary drive to a secondary or external device and check if the HDD led pduces any light (note: it wont be as bright as the power led...)

if you are 100% sure you haven't changed anything, and everything else still works then its most likely that the case LED's actually died... this is very rare though and extremely unlikely... another (even more unlikely) cause could be that just the front panel header on your motherboard broke... but its very unlikely only this part broke... the only other causes that i can think of would result in a lot more than just the led's breaking so i don't think thats the case...

i've tried to copy a large file between 2 hhd but nothing :/ , i don't know if the power led is dead but the hdd led works on the jfp2 ( yes it's strange)

Thank you

 the power and hdd led are basically the same however and dont have any electronics other than an led.. so if they light up/work in any sort of confguration its safe to say your motherboard header somehow broke....

its still very strange that your jfp1 header doesn't seem to function correctly (or at all) and everything does... if connecting it as described in your maual on jfp1 really doesn't work and the lack of power / HDD led really bothers you you can consider sending it back, as the board is most likely somehow damaged....

when all the cables are on the jfp1 just the power button and reset button woks none leds , so the problem is maybe the motherboard but it's strange because she's perfectly intact

yeah.. but i can't think of anything else because if the leds are dead then they wouldn't work on the jfp2 either
