They are wrong on the cpu cooler as well as motherboard working with CPU.   Needs a bios update is all at worst.

He told me i need to pick 360mm liquid cooler at least he reccomend me corsair.So i can use that motherboard at all and probably i will upgrade it in 1-2 months but rightnow my budget cause a problem for me when i go there yes its avaible and with same price when i go there he want to build my pc with in my budget when i told im i pick that case he told me its doesnt fit at all and then i say can 7900xtx fit in  400d and he told me i can pick coolermaster master box td500 and its way expensive then both cases

Stop listening to him.

 

You don't need a 360 aio to cool a 9700x.  Watch a few videos as proof.

 

Don't upgrade that board soon, it's more than fine for the life of that CPU.

 

As to the case, if the stated measurements work, then it fits.  Math is math.

 

I know it's hard to compare two chaps on the Internet vs one supposed expert in person.... But take time, do research and be confident in what you want.

Yes probably when he pick himself the part he goes for all the expensive yes i am not a pc builder expert so i wonder for cooler and motherboard because i went cheap and when i uptade bios my system works fine right and probably im going to upgrade my motherboard but rightnow my budget doesnt let me

Ahh, I see that now.  I personally use an 850w for my 7900XTX but they can be run on a 750.  I just don't know how good that one is.

That PSU is Tier F on this, meaning you can use it if you have it but don't buy it....

Look for any Tier A or B PSU.  I prefer Super Flower, but Corsair's RMx line is solid.
