I will buy it in usa and mostly 3d programs and u5. I think 2k 1ms ips monitor sounds good because im going to play games too

For the 3d rendering and UE5 stuff are you wanting to do Ray Tracing? Again, specific programs would be a big help. Depending on the programs and what you're trying to do some hardware is better than others. Just a generic answer such as this doesn't help as much as you're thinking it does.

Yes u are right and Honestly i will use blender,maya houidini and u5 but i think i dont do the ray tracing stuff

9900x is a great multithread CPU, Peerless Assassin should be enough to cool it and then some. 4070 super is faster than a 7900 XT in rendering, so that's why I chose that. Case and PSU are both good. Chose 64gb ram for the better high end rendering in Blender, and that monitor is good for gaming and should be a solid all around for you.
