Few days ago I bought a really cheap laptop, after selling my PC and getting PS5, I was unable to do some things on PS5, due to lack a normal browser..

¯\_( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)_/

Overall I spend 50£ for it:

Celeron J4105 4/4 2.5GHz boost

8Gb ram 2133mhz

256Gb M2

1377x768p IPS, 15.6 inch, but surprisingly with very good contrast and colors, and Anime looks awesome on this screen

So I guess that’s a bargain, and in immaculate condition with battery keeping up for 2-3 days of just browsing internet/watching anime.

But as usually, using it at evening, especially now when it’s getting dark pretty quickly, the typing on keyboard without backlight is a nightmare 🙈

That’s why I was thinking, to remove the tiny rgb film from wireless keyboard, and place it underneath the laptop keyboard, between metal skelet and actual keys.

The key cups on this laptop keyboard are transparent, so the light would works, but I really dunno how to connect the rgb to the laptop.

The rgb itself are most likely 3.7V, as the battery in this keyboard could suggest, but not sure how I could connect it/solder it to the motherboard. The RGB film has this little tine tape, with 4 copper pins

+ R G B, so if I could find on the motherboard 3V source with + - I could then connect RGB together to the minus to get a white color, and plus to plus.

Any advice? 😅IMG_0420_Original.thumb.jpeg.48bbb9591a64b80f384cee08fd488583.jpeg
