CMD ui changing after system restore?

I had to do a system restore, but now CMD looks like this. Before the restore, it had tabs on the top and a couple of different things with the ui. This is also shown on other modded clients i have for other games. Why did thishappen?

Did you set your default CLI to be the Windows Terminal before the reset? Could be that it automatically reverted to the standard CMD app.
