Are those temps good?

I think the temps are okay, but damn the memory gets hot. Reminds me of a video where one guy copper modded his 3070 Ti and that resulted in a significant drop in memory temperature.

PLEASE MARK COMMENTS AS SOLUTION IF SATISFIED!!

bigger number better, makes me look cooler.

Yeah I heard that those are normal temps for GDDR6X, might swap the thermal pads for better temps

That's about what I'd expect for a 3090, even good, now 4 years later.

3090 was notably worse given it had half the VRAM packages on the backside of the PCB.

85C hotspot is quite safe,

 

might repaste my GPU tomorrow, mine gets hotter while being half the raster performance of 3090

GPU under 75, hotspot under 100, memory under 110, is generally fine for 3000 series
