This is first build and I have just finished picking my parts. I just want a last assurance that what I have spec ed would work. Also is it worth waiting for black Friday to buy parts or should I just hurry up.

Your picks are spot on, though you'll get people nit picking tiny things.  PSU only has a 7 year warranty vs 10 on competing units for example.

 

As for BF/CM, no one can know but we can assume prices may be a little lower or there will be some"deals" on bundles or included games, etc.

 

If you can wait, do so.  Then wait for Christmas sales, then Presidents sales etc.  There is ALWAYS a sale coming up.

 

If you find good pricing on everything now, and you want the machine to use by next weekend....
