browsergame Oldschool Browsergame: Computer building & hacking simulation

Hello fellows,

I am a oldschool Browsergame fan.

Back in 2012 ive started to play a game called Hackerplace.de

Hackerplace is a online hacker simulation, which is possible, to create your own computer and hack other users in the virtual net. Choose you favourite job, get high profits on the exchange, enter a clan or found a new one and grow to the best hacker, who all fear.

Now its 2024 and the game still exists. There are a few people playing.

I've created a new Account and now i am looking for some people to play with

At the beginning, you will put together the first computer step by step. A very good beginner's tutorial will help you with this.

The screenshots are indeed in german, but that should not held you back from testing the game. Ther is a inGame Option to change the language.

 

Home.Screen

This is what the game's home screen looks like. The platform from which you control everything. I think it's a very cool idea and implementation. Like an operating system, you have a taskbar and the "Start Menu" at the bottom, through which all applications are started. The "book" in the middle at the top of the screen shows the beginner's tutorial quests (just don't miss closing all ports in the given time for the quest: Beginner Defense Defense. Otherwise, you'll brick the QuestLine ^^)

 

Remote.Control

You can access the selected computer via remote access to hack enemy computers in the console with commands to get money.
The hacking tool specifies the strength of the attack.
The construction kit specifies the number of viruses that can be installed.
The AntiVirus sets the strength of the defense.(If hacking tool level is less than AntiVirus, you will lose viruses.)
Later you will unlock more software.

 

Clan

The clan offers many advantages. On the one hand, you get the opportunity to secure your hard-hacked money from theft through bank transfers and on the other hand, we can expand our Clan V server. This gives us percentage bonuses to lock time reduction, attack strength, and defense. In addition, it is simply more fun to play together.

 

Bank

The bank, probably one of the most important points of contact. Here you can increase your daily income by taking part in further training.

Make transfers or investments after a successful hack to secure money from theft.

 

Market

The market is actually self-explanatory. This is where you buy the necessary hardware for the PC. Pay attention to compatibility of the individual components.

At first I've had sketchy feeling but after seeing your status post with picture of the game you're playing reminds me way older hacker game, can't remember the name.

 

I'll probably check it out later.

Nice to have found another browser game fan.

The game is really fun so far. I am currently at 12,000 points and have already been able to unlock the scanner software.

The clan account fills up with stolen money. So newcomers can benefit from it.

 

Yes, I may remember two similar games. One was HackTheNet and the other was called WorldHackOrganization. Both games are still online, but the playerbase can be counted on both hands.
