Is there anything in event viewer (timestamp) from when you experience the lags?

How old is the SSD?

The disk is about 1.5 years old and worked properly in the previous computer, I did not check the log, this is a screenshot from the errors section for the last 7 daysZrzutekranu2024-10-06223503.png.069ea655073fb47d7153bef91983803e.pngZrzutekranu2024-10-06223517.png.30ba20d0091bc14813d7c54f8bdc1593.png

Uh oh, a Samsung 870 EVO...

If it was made before 2023 it could be one of the bad ones. Can you check the SMART table for it?

You can use CrystalDiskInfo, and take screenshots to upload in this thread if you want help reading it.

Like another poster said, this may be an issue with defective Samsung SSDs. There was some kind of fix you could apply with Samsung software but once it has degradated it is too late.

What I'd do is try to return the Samsung drive (should still be under warranty) and purchase an m.2 drive to use as boot drive. A fresh Windows install is recommended too.

Good luck !

The SMART table looks alright, no errors there.

And the drive is not a 870 EVO, it's a 870 QVO.

The EVO is a Triple Level Cell (TLC), while the QVO is a Quad Level Cell (QLC).

So it seems more likely there is something else causing your problem.

Is it only during Ea Fc 25 you get problem? All other games works fine?
