I have no idea when this started to be honest, I recently switched out the battery although I don't think that's the cause of my temps, it really seems like a mix of everything, making the issue hard to resolve.

Situation:

Laptop crashes under load fairly heavy load (60-100% hard to say)
The temps being reported right now are supposedly from the internal temp sensors (overheating)

I thought it might of been my CPU overheating, but I monitored temps and doesn't seem like it comes close.

I have cleaned my CPU fan apart from dissembling it and cleaning the insides, but gave a good spray.

Also, not sure if relevant, my 2nd battery seems to be recognized fine but doesn't activate when my internal battery dies.

Feel around the battery compartment on the outside. If it is very hot the battery may have gone bad.

both are new batteries (like a month or less use), I think I just need to reapply thermal paste and properly clean fans deeply, im praying thats the issue, cuz if not, idfk

Are they from Lenovo or aftermarket? It's possible that they are duds.

Getting a bad battery is not unheard of. Has nothing to do with the seller. It has to do with the manufacture.

Here's the reports if u wanna check rq, can a report still be wrong and there be a faulty battery?

You need to run the laptop and feel the battery compartment with your hand. If it's really hot then the battery might be bad. It can even cause a fire. A report might not mean all that much. Try elevating the laptop off of a flat surface so that it has room to dissipate the heat.

I've done this while stress testing, held it up in the air, didn't help much

I would monitor the temps under normal usage load. If the CPU is getting too hot it would start thermal throttling making the fans ramp up.
