USB DAC not working right

I have a topping d10 dac plugged into my computer, and every few hours on the computer (sometimes it happens 10 mins after power up) the dac will stop playing audio, but still be connected and recognized by windows.  I don't think it's drivers cause I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times.

Does it happen connected to other devices? Tried different cables?
