Looks like a Razer Pink keycaps ontop of one of their normal keyboards. Think its the Hunstman v3 pro with the pink keycaps. Its not worth 250$ at all.

250 is definitly a bit steep. Any recomendations for a keyboard thats mechanical with a similar type of wrist rest.

I found a Hunstamn V 2 for  50 Pounds second hand around 60 - 70 dollers worth it then ?

Hrmm its hard to say. I honestly do not use the wrist rests, i find them to be absolutely useless and dont help with wrist strain, and they take up a ton of room. The biggest thing i would suggest is to make sure your arm/wrist is ever so slightly above your desk on your chair arm. I use a replacement Gel/foam arm pad for the chair and that has helped immensely over the stock arms on my Desk chair.

Others that use wrist pad would be much more helpful here then i am 🙂 if thats what you are looking for.
