Obligatory "you can build yourself for less with not new parts!!!"

Now that that is out of the way:

Not an amazing value, not a terrible value, overall pretty balanced.

Would recommend the PSU upgrade to 700w for £14 more, and the B series board for £40 more if you can afford it, H series severely limits potential upgrade path for when you have the confidence/experience to upgrade.

12100F and 3050 8GB are what I'd consider entry-level 1080p gaming. The motherboard is cheap/low-end and the PSU likely is too.

A 12400F and 3060 12GB would be a lot nicer for the longer-term, but if you're on a limited budget and mainly play esports then it'll do fine.

It's really entry of entry level, but not a bad deal, on DIY it's like £450

Yet it's all made of 3+ years old low budget parts, so I'd rather buy used on that budget, something with a 12400 or a 3600 CPU and a 3060 or 6600 GPU should be available and quite better

which part of the building do you think you'd fail/screw up during the build?

Oh no, it gets even better, with "brand new parts" you can get better build,

and depending on which parts you choose, you can get up to 20-35% overall boost, if we count total CPU+GPU power at least:

Look above, don't even need to scout and stress with used market. (in fact you can check price of new 5600 build from pcpratpicker guides page - my only edit was really just case, because they don't update and comparatively if you're on budget the case was overpriced)
