I don't care even a little bit about looks. It's all about performance per dollar. Really don't want rgb unless it saves me money.

The black prices are what I can get used from local retail with buyer protection.

What do you need from your MB? If it's just to connect parts and drive them, then check these out:

The motherboard pick was mainly the price. I think it's a pretty good board for $117. I don't really know much about motherboards. Is it a bad board or a poor value? I just want something that will be able to handle some upgrades down the road and a decent Ethernet speed. I don't use wifi, but I do upload and download fairly large files editing. I will be expanding storage in the future. Right now $1200 is pretty much max budget for now. So I'm just trying to really max out value to performance and leave the door open for upgrades down the road.

It will drive 7600, it won't be able to overclock because it's A620 chipset. (RAM OC might still be available)

yeah the motherboard won't matter for the internet, any modern motherboard should do as good as other modern motherboard

The A620 motherboard has just about all the basic stuff you need, the only time you'd want a better MB, is if you plan getting something like 7900x in the future, because on A620 I'd only upgrade up to 7600/7700(x), because A620 doesn't support PBO, something you don't really need, but something you usually use with CPUs like 7800x3D 7900(x) and higher.

Sorry for the slow reply I was at work. But thank you for the information. It's very helpful.
