i have to pc they are both laptops and one of them is daying but still has a better gpu on it and was if i could make that pc ack as a external gpu through usb the hdmi port fried display trashed good luck try to solve i could not figure it out and i now very about cumputers have a good day ideapad gaming 3 or what left of it

Are you asking for a command to wipe the BIOS of another PC through USB? Then … something (apply?) … BIOS to it?

You can't wipe the BIOS of another PC through USB. You can use a USB stick to update its BIOS. That's not going to make it work as an external GPU though.
