Cleaning Earbud mic

hi everyone

There is a lot of info on how to clean your earphones, but no clear guide on how to clean the mic on Bluetooth earbuds when it gets all dirty and quiet. I own a pair of kz earbuds and the only acces to the microphone is trough a pinprick hole.

soft bristle brush and dish soap/water mix is what I've used to clean things like that in the past.
