USB Handset (for Android)?

Hi
I have an USB Dock where obstruct the Mic, Speaker on my Android Phone so I cant make Phone Calls. I want, need them since its nice with the (external) Ethernet Adapter my Phone have instant Network connection when I put it into the Dock. So i thought why not buy some Handsets who where common 10 - 15 Years ago for Pcs to use ith Skype and other Messenger. Nowerdays I found only damn expensive one for (Emergency Service) Callcenter or damn cheap (*coff*Digitus...) one who it seem to have a questionable quality since "HD" Voice is common nower days for VoIP and Phone Calls. Does any one here know an good alternative?

Just get a cheap bluetooth headest? Or some old jabra stuff?

Doe the have an Handset?

Maybe Poly Blackwire -series could work?

There's chance Android could detect the USB dongle it comes with that has call buttons etc.
