My first thought is that I will build a PC with a 14th gen i5 with integrated graphics. I am thinking of getting a graphics card down the line, so I have selected a 1000W PSU.

Since I use high RAM usage games and programs, I have selected dual channel 32gigs. I also need to store a lot of data, which I am thinking of backing up with Backblaze.

Please help me make sane decision, according to the my use case. Could you suggest a GPU for the future (I was thinking 4060Ti or 4070 equivalent).

Also suggest any other data backup service which may be better than backblaze.

Thanks

Budget (including currency): INR 120000 or ~USD 1400

Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Cities Skylines (Original and Sequel), SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS, GTA V

Other details: Peripherals: I have a Logitech M185 mouse. Other peripherals like keyboard, monitor and UPS are to be bought.

                        Resolution: 1440p at 120Hz

Screen shots are very difficult on some mobile devices. It's better to post the permalink above the build or use the BB button (on the build toolbar) to post a BB formatted list.

It would be better to use a Thermalright Phantom Spirit or Peerless Assassin CPU cooler. Similar performance, much lower cost. Put the savings toward improving the CPU or a GPU.

Don't get an HDD. Use the savings to get a 2TB NVMe drive rather than a 1TB model.

An 850W PSU is sufficient for any GPU you will be getting. Any savings can go towards a GPU or more powerful CPU.

Flare memory modules are designed for AMD CPU. The modules only have EXPO profiles. Intel CPU require XMP memory profiles.

There are likely better, less expensive cae options.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
