Budget (including currency): 500-700 usd

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Streaming on twitch and gaming. (Apex, Baldur's gate 3, Hunt showdown)

Other details so I've been streaming for about a year now and I've only really been able to stream non shooter games because anytime I do I go from my usual 144fps(not streaming)  to low 50s (when streaming).

I recently upgraded to a RX 6800XT when I first started because my 2080 super died on me.

While I thought that maybe it was my gpu just because AMD doesn't have the best encoder I've noticed when test streaming these games my cpu maxes out and that'd when my frames drop hard.

I play at 1440p and downscale to 936p. My bitrate on twitch never really drop to anything below 7k and kinda limted to that because of twitch or else I could stream at a higher bitrate.

Current setup is.

Ryzen 5 5600x

32gb of 3200mhz ram

RX 6800XT

1440p 144hz monitor.

I was looking at the Ryzen 7 7800x3D just because it's newer AM5 and because I heard good things about the 5800x3D and 7800x3D, but wasn't too sure if there was anything better or even cheaper that would help.

While I would like to keep it as cheap as I could I also want to future proof it somewhat for the next 2-3 years.

For sure get a new GPU. What's your budget for it?

What are your thoughts on going for a ryzen 7 7700x? I saw a bundle deal at micocenter for 400. Comes with cpu, motherboard and 32gb of 6000mhz ramn. Would it just be better to bite the extra 200 for AM5?

That's a great deal.
