So I was playing sea of thieves with my friends and all of a sudden my game started slowing down. I didn’t notice that all of my fans had stopped spinning. I am not sure why or how but they all simultaneously stopped including my aio fans. I can’t turn on my pc because it won’t even get to the manufacturer screen. I tried unplugging the fans and plugging them back in but that didn’t work. Any ideas help and thanks to all that comment. (The rgb on the fans still work)

Edit: Unplugging the 24 pin and plugging it back in worked. It was loose so it could’ve been worse so I’m glad that the fans gave me an early heads up on it. I’m pretty sure it got vibrated out of place by the aio fans (one has a broken blade).

Your 24 pin shouldn't be loose. it has a locking mechanism to it. Also, a 24 pin coming out of socket would shutdown the entire machine, I would think. Not slowly result in worse FPS.

That's some hefty vibration, I would advise to get that fan replaced ASAP.

I strongly urge you to disable or remove the damaged fan, and replace it with one that has similar max RPM. That blade could snap off and do serious damage to something.

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.
