Are there any options other Corsair Scimitar for wired MMO mice? I keep getting recommended to get an MMO mouse but I don't see very many to choose from.

Razer Naga.

Who keeps recommending you to get an MMO mice and why?

Patriot Viper V570 is weird, between MMO and FPS.
It is very old, dunno if they still make them or if there is an updated version.
Anyhow 2 of the buttons are hard to reach (on the left side, furthest from your wrist),

but top 2 (next to left click) and the 4 remaining on the left side (closer to your wrist) are IMO easy to reach, so 6 usefull additional buttons.
Oh and the software doesn't suck ass, actually has usefull features, doesn't need to run in the background (stores all 5 profiles in memory).

Friends of mine that play Final Fantasy XIV. I tried looking for a wired Naga but they only have the left hand version available.

This looks really cool! Unfortunately it looks like this mouse is not available anymore too. I might have to go with the Corsair Scimitar since I can't find anything else.

I'm surprised people seek these still. I just bind everything on kb and 1-2 things on mouse side buttons.

I had a Logitech G600 back in the day and it was pretty good. The lift-off distance was super annoying, but using a tape mod made it bearable. It's also a really big mouse.

Razer has their Naga mouse... but I don't trust Naga for longterm reliability.
