Question about a used pc

So I found this used pc in my local facebook market place for the equivalent of 1270 USD and the components it has are mentioned below, I'd like to know if it's a good deal :

 

MB - Motherboard GIGABYTE b650m

 

CPU - Ryzen 5 7600

 

RAM - Corsair memory 32 GB ram (16*2) (5200mhz)

 

PSU - PSU DEEPCOOL DQ650-M V2L +80 gold

 

GPU - GeForce RTX 4070 Dual 12GB

 

Storage - 

SSD M.2 512GB NVME

SSD 1TB 2.5 SATA

 

And it comes with this monitor

You can get better RAM, 1 TB NVMe, better monitor and a slightly faster AMD card for that sort of cash... all new. FB marketplace is a mess.

The problem is that I dont live in the USA so ordering a 300$ product would cost me like double the price, so I have to resort to buying used.

I suppose this is some other form of dollars like New Zealand then, in that case I assume you could still find some new parts. I still don't think this is a good deal at all.

I did a quick/rough calculation with those parts and came up with a value of 1120usd (not including the case and else).

So I tend to agree with @Motifator

I'd try to bargain and reduce the price.

But then again, if those parts are difficult to get...
