iTunes will not transfer files

I am trying to use iTunes to transfer files onto my phone in order to make Fallout 2 ce work on my iPhone se 2020 in order to play it on there, I am using ios 15.6.1 so that trollstore still works (if I update trollstore will not work and fallout 2 would not be possible on my phone), this is extremely frustrating as one of the steps here states to "Use Finder (macOS Catalina and later) or iTunes (Windows and macOS Mojave or earlier) to copy master.dat, critter.dat, patch000.dat, and data folder to "Fallout 2" app", as when I try and transfer them it just does not work, any help on getting this to work would be great, thank you
