I think your drive's probably okay, but make sure you have backups of any important data on it regardless. (Even when your drives are healthy, you can never have too many backups.)

 

I think you can tell the drive to do a self-test from the menus in CrystalDiskInfo; running that would be good peace of mind.

 

Check it again in a week or so. If the values (besides start/stop count and spin-up time) don't change, it should be fine.
