Is this 4070 a scam?

I just bought a 7700xt a few days ago and I was looking at amazon and saw this 4070 for 399 listed? That seems like a crazy good deal and Im considering returning my 7700xt for the 4070. Its an MSI card but its not sold by MSI. Im assuming its a scam because thats over £100 less than what its meant to go for.

Anyway whatever the seller you'll have Amazon protections/advantages/refund, so no big risk

£400 isn't a scam level price, can get one for a bit more than 500EUR (£420)

Would you return the 7700xt for it? I got the 7700xt for 399 and this is also 399.

Beware it's not a 4070 Super, so it's just marginally better than a 7700XT (like 10% faster)

You can still buy it and return the 7700XT if you get a real working 4070

Im very satisfied with the AMD to be honest. It just feels like a no brainer to get the 4070 if its blatantly just better and has dlss etc. Ive had bad experience with weird random brands on amazon though so Im kind of wary, especially considering all the other cards in my area are £500. Seems to good to be true

As it was pointed out earlier, Amazon should have your back with returns/purchase protection if you get scammed. They want to make sure they buying experience on their site isn't dreadful. 

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Still cost too much IMO, but that's the Nvidia tax.
