I came across all sorts of DPI's and weights. What's up with that? Like does it benefit if you buy a mouse that goes to 25k dpi and you only play from 800-1000 dpi?

no

And the weight, is it advicable to buyu a mouse that is heavier? I don't wanna fatigue my wrist, but somebody that I know said that I'll get used to the heavier weight. This true?

you can get used to heavier weight, ligher mouse can be preferred because if you in games flick often it's much easier to flick a ligher mouse,

also on low sens ligher mouse might feel better

as for DPI again, mostly marketing strat to advertise for high DPI,

all you really need is between 400-3200 DPI approx,

I am looking into a new mouse (small-medium hands since my hand is 16cm by 9cm). Right now I have the g203 but this mouse is old and the wire almost broke down.

If available go to a local store to test out several mice if they have a display. This will help.

If not, I would suggest a mid-tier mouse with a common weight. That will be your best bet if none of the DPI/Weight matters to you.

I love my G502! 🙂 So much so that I bought a spare mouse just in case ( on sale ) this one breaks.

It comes with adjustable weights.

New sensors that get better can do higher DPI so that's that. But what's important is that it's a good sensor, which most are nowdays in decent mice.

Weight yeah lighter makes sense especially for multiplayer games.
