Budget (including currency): Should be enough for anything but I'd want to buy good quality products but not unreasonably expensive stuff. Actual limit let's say 1.5k euro but don't really want to go over 150 for a case for example (unless every case under 150 is bad).

Country: Italy

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Valorant, Streaming, compiling code, running some AI models.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Current specs:

Case: Coolermaster Masterbox 5 https://www.coolermaster.com/en-global/products/masterbox-5-black/

CPU: i7-14700KF (upgraded recently)

MB: MSI Z790 GAMING PRO WIFI (upgraded recently)

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 (upgraded recently) (included 2x 140mm NF-A15 HS-PWM)

RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR5 2x16G 6GHz CL30 (upgraded recently)

GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB (fans don't spin for some reason)

PSU: Coolermaster 650W 80+ Gold (RS-650-AFBA-G1)

Storage: 2x SATA SSD, 1x HDD

Additional: 3x Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM 4pin 120mm

Monitor: Acer KG251Q 144Hz 1080p

Objectives:

- Understand whether 650W is enough for the components. (looking at TDPs it looks fine to me)

- Should I upgrade to better PSU to protect my system from power surges and stuff?

- Improve temps when using all cores at 100% (currently throttling).

- Find a new case with good airflow and space for all the vents and storage.

- Improve/Understand airflow in the system.

- Whether I should mount the CPU Cooler so that the vents go left or to the top (in the new case, in the one I have I'm guessing left was correct since there's no holes on top)
- Whether I should mount the second 140mm CPU Cooler fan to the Cooler. I didn't think it would be good in the current case to have 2x 140mm blowing air into a 120mm fan.

- Understand whether the CPU Cooler is good enough for the CPU.

Currently the airflow is as follows:

What I want to upgrade:

- I want to buy a new case.

- I want my CPU to stay low temp while using it at 100% on all cores. keep my fans and CPU cooler and just fix airflow.  Hopefully that would be enough.

- I know GPU is bad but I get 400fps+ on Val and that's all I need. I don't even care that the fans don't spin, till it works I'm fine using it.

- I'm interested in maybe upgrading monitor to 240Hz/360Hz. I probably don't need much help here tho, I would just buy mainstream monitors used by pros.

Case preferences:

- Don't really care too much about design. If it looks good it's a plus.

- Enough space for HDDs/SSDs

- Enough space for mounting all the vents I have. I'd rather not waste the vents I already have.

- Ideally it should fix the CPU throttling.

I tried going into as much details as I could. Let me know if I missed something. The TL;DR question is: what case should I buy to fix my temps? No matter what I want to replace at least the case.

The 14 power phase design on your current board isn't doing you any favors. If you had posted this before purchasing your current board someone would have recommended a board with a 16 power phase design with your current cpu.

Never heard of power phases ngl.. How much of an impact do they have?

Ok on the case, would like some alternatives if there are some so I can compare them.

Ok on the power supply.

Video card, ty for the suggestion, might upgrade relatively soon.

I see you linked a CPU Cooler, you believe the one I have right now is not enough for the CPU?

Thank you

That board is just a bit less of an overkill vrm side than some other boards.

You can do a deshraud mod for the old gpu and ziptie two 120, 92 or 80mm fans on it depending on the size of the heatsink. I would go for two arctic p8 or f9 as investing much on an old card makes no sense.
