it's decent, but why use outdated Intel socket when you could just go AMD and have gates open for their future CPUs that might be faster than 7800x3D, not to mention 7800x3D being more or less faster than i9 in some games?

core's aren't everything, that's what I know for a fact, intel isn't slow, but objectively there can be better choices unless you specifically need many cores,

 

not to mention some of those Intel's cores are E cores that occasionally do more harm than good
