hi i have a less than a year old msi raider GE67HX 12UHS (i9 12900HX, rtx 3080 ti) and it is struggling to run games, this isn't the first place i look for answers it is my last resort, because i have done all the things i could think/find in order to fix this. To describe the issue, i often get frame drops and inconstancies and from what i noticed ( on gta V at least) it struggles to keep 60 frames while the CPU/GPU utilization is around 30 and 30 and im just lost I've never had a high end system before and personally i would never buy a gaming laptop but since i was given this one i have no options but to make due. but, I refuse to believe that it struggles to run an 11 year old game plus it can barely run helldivers 2 i had to drop the render resolution by a lot in order for the frame drops that would make it unplayable to stop (its a new game so it might not be related but still) im looking for advice or any leads you could give me towards the right direction. thanks in advance

Gpu drivers are continuously up to date, CPU I can't seem to find a specific driver. I can only find generic drivers from Intel and I haven't updated any other drivers. Also, I've also noticed poor performance in battlefield v. these are the only three games I've played after I got the laptop excluding League of Legends because it's not graphically intense.

Also check your drive space.  Windows updates like to hang around after they are installed and can eat like 30 GB.  Also try trimming you drive, and running chkdsk.

Finally I would also hit your system with sfc:

i did some cinebench runs a few days ago because i wanted to undervolt my cpu (which didnt help with temps) and idk if the scores i got where good for my system, ill run it again, also the temps are bothering me while gaming and with the laptop ready to take off from the fan speeds the cpu sits at 96 to 100 but every person that ive asked sais that ths cpu is designed to run this hot but it cant be optimal at least i dont think so.
