Cannot access game

Recently, my epic games account got hacked and I can't access it anymore and I cannot play Payday 2 anymore but I still have it installed on my computer but, when I try to open it doesn't even open and It used to just reinstall when I opened the game in another account but It doesn't work anymore.

You will have to try and contact epic.

Sounds like you need to contact Epic launcher customer service to get your account re-opened.
We can do nothing for you here.

What did Epic say when you tried to recover your account and then messaged them when you seemingly couldn't?

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.
