What you could simply try is to back off the hardware until the board straightens out. You're likely making it too tight for the application(stacking the integrated heatspreader with the motherboard heatsink). If that doesn't fix it, ditching the motherboard heatsink, or removing the integrated heatspreader whilst using the motherboard heatsink would be the only options.
