PC glitches in games

 

Specs:

Ryzen 5800X3D

Deepcool AK620

Aorus 570S 

Sapphire 7990 XTX Nitro+

10x Lian Li 120 mm fans

Nvme drives

 

 

So my problem happens very intermittently, playing games and the game will freeze for a split second, my cpu fan will rev, cpu display goes out and then comes back on, and fans RGB will reset to standard and then resume to normal. Cpu never goes over 80 degrees,gpu not over heating either.

 

Tried repaste on the cpu, cpu is -20 on all core to control heat. This has been happening before i -20 on the cpu. 

 

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Sorry,forgot to include i have a 1000 watt psu, running windows 11 64 bit. lastest bios and gpu drivers.

What is the CPU display?

Have you done a SFC/DISM run? BIOS update? This smells like the OS/BIOS is briefly losing track of how hot the CPU is

The aircooler has a lcd built into it that displays the cpu temp.

 

Bios is newest version available. SFC found 0 errors. even updated the chipset driver,still does it.

 

When it glitches the GPU Load,Clock,and voltage all drop for a second. Doesnt always happen in games either.
