How to run 2 VMware vm's at the same time?

Whenever i run one of these, and then turn on the other, the first one stops and the second one doesnt start. i always get some error

 

i have given them 8 GB ram each. i have 32 gb.

 

How can i run them at the same time?

Player can only run 1 vm at a time.

Any reason it has to be VMWare Player? Could use something like VirtualBox which doesn't have such license restrictions

Yeah... I mean one would assume Pro has no limitations whatsoever since it was a paid product just couple of weeks ago.
