I play mostly offline story games on 4k TV and I was considering wait for rtx 5000 series but I have only 750w psu

Then  id go with a gpu upgrade.I have mainly been playing offline games on 3060ti and ryzen 5 3600.Its not exactly the best combo and has some bottleneck but i managed to enjoy the latest offline games on 1080p.Switched to some online games lately and cpu struggled quite a bit

Btw a 3080 requires a 750w psu as far as i know. You can probably use it for now but once you upgrade to a better cpu you might want to get a better psu especially if its not gold rated

That's a terrible upgrade.  3070 to 3080?

Go with the 5800x3d then get a used 4070ti or 4080 or amd 7900 gre or 7900xt.

Buying a 3080 is a bad call.

Btw, absolute best upgrade is to clean.

10GB is barely better than 8GB, not sure how you view a 25% increase in VRAM as way better?

You want 16GB at least for 4K comfortably.
