Open Task Manager, switch to the Performance tab and click on Memory. Does it show all 32 GB as usable, or is some of your RAM hardware reserved? Maybe attach a screenshot of that and also of the error message.

The only issue I see is the VRAM, didcha happen to run it one time and had set ingame graphics to max or near that? Also, what resolution is it at? The 8GB VRAM on the RTX 3060 Ti is woefully lacking in many newer games at high res, and higher ingame settings. Also, have you updated your driver, resizable bar enabled?

I suspect that is a generic message that is shown when you lack either RAM or VRAM (or both).

The game requires more than 12 GB of VRAM to run at maximum texture resolution. So likely you turned that up to maximum, but your card only has 8 GB. Start it in safe mode, as it suggests, then make sure to keep that setting below the max when you change them.

nope once it downloaded i opened it and it showed me that but somehow later i managed to lower the graphics ingame settings , and yes i updated my drivers which i seen a couple of people say that they having similar issues with the same game , i got new parts installed to my pc 2 days ago and i told the dude to see if he could run the game or try to fixed it and atm he did but he told me i needed to update my drivers as well and he did and he just left the part where i had to install it but when i got home it was already installed(the update) and it didnt let me go into the game again so im kinda confused if its either my vram or something with the newer drivers update:(
