Captcha issues

Hi! For the past half a year or so I've been having the following issue and hope someone can help me fix it.

 

The issue is that somehow Captchas (only hCaptcha) do not load. This means I'm unable to solve it as it does not load properly. Attached I've shown a screenshot of what I run into. The second screenshot is what is supposed to happen.

 

I highly doubt it's a browser issue as when I use a proxy in the same browser it loads. Also, it prevents me from logging into Game Launchers such as Riot or Epic Games as it probably triggers hCaptcha in the background.

I've also tried a new clean Chrome profile, with no add-ons, and it's the same issue. But when I use a proxy it does not happen. When trying on my phone while being connected to the same network it's working fine.

If anyone is willing to help out it would be very helpful as I run into this every single day.
