RAM usage is showing as double what it should be
Its lying. well not lying, its not telling the truth.
task manager shows what each task is using, the total percentage shows how much has been allocated, but the os can take that back whenever.
so a task that has been allocated 1gb, but is only using 500mb will show as 500mb, but for the percentage, it will count the 1gb.
I run into this ALL the time on my desktop and I find it infinity frustrating because I don't actually know if im close to page file and I have not clear indication of what is the problem if I do hit it.
The math never adds up right in task manager, its stupid, it should.
Like I have 32GB of ram, dGPU
Explain to me how 5.2 +.5+ .3 + .2 = 27 Windows, Please.
Even resource monitor does not seem to add up
