GPU Crashes

My GTX 560ti keeps crashing and the screen will get a bunch of random spots and colors and static crap... does this mean it's dying?

That could be, but let's just look at it before we jump to conclusions

 

Is the card overclocked in any way? What is the stress temperature of the card? Are you running a beta driver? In whicg case, try rolling back to the last stable release.

I don't think it is on a beta driver, but let me update it to the latest stable.
