If you mean if I hear anything no, the lights that turn on are the cpu light and dram light, then later the cpu light turns off and dram stays on

According to the manual that light means the DRAM is not detected or in a fail state.

Try to use 1 stick of ram, and attempt to boot with it in socket 0 first, then 1, then 2, then 3.

If that still fails, use the other stick of ram and repeat.

Tried with both sticks nothing changed, but did find out if I have my sticks on 0 or 2, the cpu light turns on and stays on, put it on 1 or 3, it would go away. Also should mention, this gpu and cpu were in a different computer before, and I have no os on my ssd

If you tried each stick individually, it's very possibly the RAM.

The only other thing left to try would be to reseat the CPU.   If some contacts aren't sitting flush in the socket, you may get RAM Channels that don't work right.

Also:  5600 CL36 is kinda terrible memory in general, if you're returning it, maybe look for a better kit?

Ryzen really like 6000 CL30-32

Yeah sadly to say if you've tried all sockets with all available memory sticks, it's likely the memory itself. (hopefully it's that and not the motherboard itself)

Definitely try reseating the CPU since you're already in there before returning the memory.

That was with only having 1 ram in at the time

I’m pretty sure it’s the motherboard, I just resat the cpu and same issue, and I think it has a bent pin at the top left somehow, also this ram is pc5-6000

You think the bent pin is on the RAM or the CPU/socket? I don't see anything on the RAM pic you sent, if it's on the CPU/socket, please post a picture of that where you think it's bent.

edit - if you think it's this, that's normal.

Spoiler

It should require slot 2 to POST, so testing with just a stick in slot 4 might not work.

Per the manual of your board:

PROB650-SWIFI.pdf (msi.com)

It'll also take up to 5 minutes for it to do RAM training with DDR5.

I'm not seeing any glaring issues with that socket. It's hopefully just the memory if you've ensured you've tried both ram sticks in that DIMMA2 slot.

Ima leave just the dimma2 slot with ram, and leaving the computer run for a little and see if it works, if not I’m pretty sure it’s the motherboard
